Founding-resident status for a 60-month tenure — invitation-only, very limited cohort.

How payments work
- 1. Enquiry & private visit — Submit the form, take a guided tour, meet the wellness team.
- 2. Plan selection — Choose Short Stay or Long Stay + Studio or 1 BHK + single or couple.
- 3. Reservation — Sign the resident agreement; pay the booking advance / refundable security.
- 4. Move-in — Onboarding kit, wellness assessment, welcome by the community.
- 5. Monthly cycle — A single transparent invoice covers everything (no separate bills for food, electricity, laundry or housekeeping).
