1. Who we are
Darshan Heritage Living ("we", "us", "Heritage Living") is an Ayurvedic Wellness Center for Active Senior Living, located at Thirukampuliyur, Mayanur — Karur, Tamil Nadu, and operated adjacent to Darshan Ayurveda Hospital. By using our website, booking a trial stay or signing a resident agreement you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Residency is open to adults aged 55 and above (or accompanying spouses), subject to a wellness assessment by our medical team. We reserve the right to decline or end a residency where, in the considered opinion of the medical officer, the resident's care needs exceed the scope of an active-senior wellness centre.
3. The wellness programme
Our core programme is preventive Ayurvedic living — daily yoga, sattvic meals, on-campus Vaidya consultations, group activities and a peer community. We are not a hospital, nursing home or assisted-living facility. Acute medical events are managed via the Standby Care network described on our Integrated Care page and partner hospitals.
4. Suites & inclusions
The monthly residency charge covers the core wellness programme only: meals, housekeeping, daily vital checks, basic nursing assistance and a weekly doctor consultation, along with access to the campus and its amenities. Any other Ayurvedic care, specialist consultations, wellness programmes, customisations or special requests are chargeable as per actuals when utilised. 4a. Long Stay tenure structures
Long Stay residencies are offered in two structures: a 3-year price-lock plan with a discounted monthly all-inclusive charge that is fixed for 36 months (subsequent revisions capped at 15% of the then-current monthly charge), and a 5-year Founders Circle plan with zero monthly residency fee for 60 months, supported by the refundable caution deposit alone. Both plans include the same core programme; other services remain chargeable as per actuals.
5. Resident conduct
- Residents agree to follow the daily campus rhythm and respect quiet hours.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and non-vegetarian food are not permitted on the campus.
- Visitors are welcome between published hours; overnight guests require prior confirmation and may attract a guest-stay charge.
- Pets are permitted only with written prior approval and subject to community guidelines.
6. Payments & invoices
Monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month, payable within seven (7) days. Late payment beyond fifteen (15) days attracts a 1.5% per-month carrying charge. The refundable caution deposit is held separately and is refundable per the Refund Policy.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate a residency on grounds of (a) non-payment beyond thirty (30) days, (b) repeated breach of community guidelines, (c) a medical condition requiring care beyond our scope, certified by the medical officer or (d) any conduct that endangers other residents or staff. The caution deposit is refunded per the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, branding, video — is the property of Darshan Heritage Living and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Heritage Living's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the residency or use of services shall not exceed the residency charges paid by the resident in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved through a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Karur, Tamil Nadu. Courts at Karur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
